Hiking in the Superstitions!

You know I love the Superstition Mountains and when we are in this area of AZ I look forward to hiking this beautiful area!  On Friday we introduced Joni and Al to them and had a nice hike.  The day was overcast, hence the darker pics:

stopped at the Mammoth Saloon for a bite after the hike, Swaisy, our waitress, was very friendly:)

we even had live music, check out the hat on the dancer!

Riparian Perserve

We had been to this perserve on a previous trip to Apache Junction and enjoyed it so much then that we went back again today with our good full-timer friends, Al and Joni.  We haven't seen Al and Joni in a couple of years, it is so nice to get to spend some time with them!

Mike's Underwater World

Tomorrow we leave Phoenix for a week in Apache Junction where we will visit with more family and good friends we have not seen in a while.

For my closing post regarding Hawaii, here are some beautiful pics taken by Mike during his week on board the Kona Aggressor II.  He did 27 dives that week, the max you could do!  Enjoy:
