In addition to the beautiful coast and sea lions, the Shores Acres park offers a lovely garden. The entires area of hundreds and hundreds of acres once belonged entirely to the Simpson family who made their name in logging. They gave a huge chunk to the state and then sold the remaining 650 acres to the state in 1941 for $49,000. Lucky for the state and us.
A picture journal of our (Keyna and Mikes') adventures in Paradise (our motorhome) as we travel the USA.
