The Canadian Geese love to overnight in the fields near us right after they are harvested. Lots of readily available food and a comfortable bed!
I stopped by Norma and Norma's nest to see if the 3rd chick had made it into the sky and look what I found!:
Yep, All out of the nest! They are all flying now. I saw a few of the family fly overhead. They will hang out at the nest till they depart for better fishing which happens anytime between now and the middle of Sept. I don't think they have left yet though. Will keep checking!
