We spent the day traveling to Myrtle Creek, OR, where we will spend the next 9 days. No more redwoods although we did drive through several more groves of them on the way here.
Tomorrow, Sun, we will find out more about this area and make a list of places we would like to see. Also while here, Felicia and Jeff will be down this way for a couple of days this coming week and we will be doing a few things with them!
In the meantime, I have more redwoods to show you so here we go. This trail was full of poison oak. We had to watch every footstep and then some! In spite of all the poison oak on the trails we took, we never suffered any ill effects from the stuff and we had to have come in contact with it more than once. I believe we were just lucky!
