Boulder City, Lees Ferry AZ, Part 2

So please remember, I am putting the city we are currently in first in the title, then a comma and subject of current post.

After the Lonely Dell Ranch, we drove over to Lees Ferry and hiked along the river a couple of miles.  There are remains of some buildings and a sunken steamboat that we checked out.  Had a great afternoon.  The whole time we walked along the Colorado we were alone and only saw one boat.

On our way "home", we stopped and did a short hike to Horseshoe Bend a wonderfully scenic spot.

These first 6 pics are still from the Lonely Dell Ranch area.  Then you can read a bit about Lees Ferry before looking at the rest of the pics.

Aren't the colors in the hills amazing?

Maybe an "employees" house in back of the ranch. Hmmmm

Color, color and more color!!
