We have come to learn that you never know what you will find riding around in the desert....there are some very interesting things out there! Not far off I-8 driving into CA are the following two:

| This place is on the other side of the freeway. It is known, by the people who put it there, as the center of the earth. The actual center would be inside the pyramid which you can enter with a fee and even get a certificate saying that you stood there! Then you can wander the grounds where you will find some of the history of the earth engraved on long marble slabs.....some are blank waiting for people to donate money so more history can be written. |

The center of the earth? I think the desert sun has fried their brains!
