Woodland WA, Portland Rose Festival

Portland holds and annual rose festival and has a parade in which the floats must be made of all plant material just like at the Rose Bowl.  We skipped the parade but did go to see the floats that afternoon.  How pretty!  It was really nice to see these creations up close.
