Harney Lookout Trail, Custer, SD
This is a must do trail folks! Beautiful, varied, scenic, it has it all. That the weather was perfect added to it. This trail starts at Sylvan Lake and takes you up to a beautiful stone lookout tower. instead of going back, we made it a loop trail adding a half mile or so for a total of just over 8 miles....and what a pleasure:)
