Apache Junction, South Mountain Hike

Last weekend we did a hike on South Mountain in Phoenix, the National Trail.  A beautiful day and a very nice hike with Gemma and Kerry!

I am running about a week behind with blog stuff because we are doing so much:)  We were actually out of town Wed and Thurs as we drove up to Prescott via Cottonwood and Jerome to meet with a salesperson at an RV place because we are looking into our next motorhome and it requires a lot of research like any new home would!  Anyway, we packed in some great sightseeing along the way, Montezuma's Castle, Toozigoot Natl Monument, wineries and more so keep checking to find out about these adventures!

Here is the South Mountain hike:

What a happy group!

Pretty scenic for being in the middle of the valley!

There were these crazy bicyclists.......

We all made it through Fat Mans Pass.....may have had to suck it in though;)
