More of the High Line Trail

In addition to the outstanding views, I have included a few of the interesting things I mentioned previously in this posting.  Did anyone say mountain goat or bear???  Or beautiful butterflies or marmot??









saw some pretty butterflies on the trail!


this well fed marmot has a mouthful of greens!!  He eats healthy!




this chalet is 8 miles into the trail and you can rent a room here.....and hike up with your stuff!!




Mountain goat!!!!  Lisa spotted it and I managed to get one pic of it before my battery died!!!!!


yes! at the very end of our trail  we had a brown bear sighting!!  How cool is that?

    I love that blue butterfly...the colors are exquisite! And the bear...! Man oh man!

    Good times over the past 5 days! Here's hoping our paths cross again in the future!
