Myrtle Creek OR, Baby Horse and covered bridge

Alright, some pics of the logging area we are in. Sections of forest are cut and then replanted in a sort of patchwork quilt.

Nothing like a baby, human or animal, for a good awwww moment.

Our first covered bridge.  This area has the highest number of remaining covered bridges in the US and the one below, the Milo Academy Bridge, is the longest at 110 ft:

could not get a better angle on his wings, he just would not stay still for me!  very cool though!
