Mt. Vernon WA, more of the North Cascades NP

Can't do this park in pics all in one day!  The park covers over 600,000 acres of rugged mountain wilderness and gets the second most annual snowfall in the U.S.  Enjoy some more of it:

yes, it's the restroom.  but I was so happy the park thoughtfully cut a path through the snow to open it up!

these aren't your typical  Lee Canyon ski runs!;)

most of the runs up here are for the very skilled skier.  they say snowboarding was practically invented here!
