Mt. Vernon WA, Padilla Bay Trl and Anacortes

No internet last night:(

A nearby wetlands trail and checking out the Anacortes ferry:

in Vegas spotting a blue heron was a wonderful, rare they are everywhere!

a huge flock of tiny birds flies by

an osprey takes off looking to check out the waters for his next meal

abandoned or wrecked? either way left to rot....we see this a lot

some of those tiny birds we saw fly by earlier

nesting in the eaves at the interpretive center

gutter spouts on a commercial building....cute!

the ferry coming in to take more people/cars to the San Juan Islands or Sydney, BC

cars lined up waiting to drive on the ferry

here is another wreck or abandoned boat, look at the forest in this one!!
